HOW THE COMMISSION PROCESS WORKS
1. Fill out the form with a clear and concise description of everything you would like me to draw. Within 24 to 48 hours, I will review your request and contact you to confirm the details, the total price, the payment method, and any other necessary information. Work will only begin once the payment has been made, never before.2. The commission process may take between 1 and 3 weeks, depending on complexity and workload. During this time, I will send a sketch concept at the pose proposal stage and a color proposal, so the client can request changes. These are the only two stages where modifications are allowed; after this, no further changes will be accepted.3. Once the work is finished, I will send the final files in the requested format. If you wish, you can leave a comment or review as final feedback to be published in the gallery.By submitting a commission request, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the Terms of Service.

1. ACCEPTED CONTENT
✅ SFW and NSFW illustrations in my style.
✅ OCs, fanart, moderate fetishes, controversial themes (upon review).
❌ Not accepted: designs without references, detailed backgrounds, extreme gore, babies or animals.2. REASON FOR REJECTION
A commission may be declined or canceled if:• It doesn't match my style.
• It involves plagiarism or unauthorized use.
• Payment is not received on time.
• There's a lack of communication.
• The client behaves disrespectfully.
• These terms are not accepted.3. WORKFLOW
Once payment is received (full or partial), I’ll send:
🔸 Pose proposals (first revision stage).
🔸 Color proposals (second revision stage).
🔸 After that, no further changes are accepted.
🔸 Final delivery in PNG/JPEG/TIFF. Editable files (+30%).
⚠️ Clear references are required.4. DELIERY TIMES

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MY COMMISSIONS
Clause 1: Accepted Content
1.1. Accepted genres and styles:SFW
• Adaptations of existing characters in my style.
• Original Characters (OCs) in my style.
• General illustrations in my style (comic).
• Fanart.
• Soft NSFW (non-explicit).NSFW
• NSFW content within clear artistic boundaries.
• Hard NSFW.
• Specific fetishes.
• Controversial themes will be reviewed case by case.1.2. Not accepted:
I do not create illustrations that include:
• Character designs without existing or clear visual references.
• Highly detailed backgrounds.
• Excessive fetish illustrations (some fetishes may be negotiable).
• Themes or styles beyond my artistic capabilities.
• Babies or animals.
• Hard gore.1.3. In development:
Topics the artist is open to exploring in the near future include:
• Mechas.
• Chibis.Clause 2: Reasons for Rejection or Cancellation
Commission requests will be rejected or canceled under the following conditions:2.1. Incompatible style: If the requested style does not match the styles the artist works in.2.2. Legal issues: If the commission involves plagiarism or direct copyright violations. This includes unauthorized use of protected characters, designs, or illustrations.2.3. Unconfirmed payment: If payment is not received within 24 hours, unless the client provides valid proof (maximum extension: 72 hours).2.4. Lack of communication: If the client fails to respond or ignores messages needed for the commission.2.5. Inappropriate behavior: Any harassment, intimidation, or disrespectful behavior toward the artist will result in rejection.2.6. Terms not accepted: The commission may be rejected if the client does not agree to these terms.All cancellations will be notified to the client with the corresponding reason for rejection or cancellation.Clause 3: Work Process
3.1. Request Acceptance
Once the client completes and submits the commission form with all required details, I will review the request within 24 to 48 hours and confirm or decline the commission.
If accepted, I will contact the client through their chosen communication method to confirm the total price, the payment method, and request any additional information or references necessary to complete the commission.⚠️ The client must provide clear visual references (images, sketches, or detailed descriptions). Additional references may be requested if necessary. If references are not provided within 3 days, the artist may suspend or cancel the project until they are received.Ambiguous references may result in artistic interpretations that will not be eligible for refunds or additional free revisions.The commission process will begin only after full or partial payment has been received (depending on the agreement).3.2. Revisions
The client is entitled to two revisions, which will only be available during the sketch stage:• First revision: During the pose proposal stage, where partial adjustments and changes can be made, and the client can select the option they prefer. (Approximate duration: 1–3 days).• Second revision: During the color proposal stage, where adjustments to the color palette can be made. (Approximate duration: 1–2 days).After these two stages, no further changes will be accepted. If the client wishes to request additional modifications, these may incur an extra fee.Once the revisions are approved, the commission will proceed to completion, which may take 1 to 2 weeks depending on the complexity of the project.3.3. File Delivery
Final files will be delivered via email or, alternatively, through a social media platform that supports the file size.Files will be delivered in PNG, JPEG, or TIFF format, in high resolution (max. 600 DPI, min. 72 DPI).If the client does not specify a canvas size, the illustration will be delivered in A4 or 11 x 8.5 inches at 350 DPI.Editable files in .PSD or .CLIP format can be requested at an additional cost of 30% of the final commission price.Clause 4: Delivery Times
4.1. Estimated time:
Delivery time depends on commission complexity:
• Simple commissions: 1 business week.
• Complex commissions: 1 to 3 business weeks.These timeframes may vary due to external factors (health, unforeseen circumstances). A delivery estimate will be provided at the start, based on business days (Monday–Saturday).4.2. Priority: For urgent or prioritized commissions, an extra fee of 10% to 50% will apply (depending on current workload and complexity).Clause 5: Payment Terms
5.1. Payment schedule:
Two payment options are available:• Full payment: 100% of the total amount must be paid before the commission begins.• Installment plan: 50% upon acceptance of the commission and 50% after the second revision (color proposal stage).The client has 1 business day to make each payment. In exceptional cases, the client may request an extension of 3–4 business days, provided the delay is justified.If payment is not received within the established deadline (including extensions), the project may be suspended or canceled, with no refund, depending on the situation and the length of the delay.5.2. Extra Payments:
Revisions or changes beyond those included will incur an additional fee ranging from 10% to 50% of the price, depending on the stage of the commission.If the client requests drastic changes in advanced stages of the commission, these may be charged as a new commission or rejected, with proper justification.5.3. Payment methods:

• Bank transfer (Mexico only)Clause 6: Refund Policy
6.1. Full refunds: A full refund will be issued if the client cancels the commission before work begins.6.2. Partial refunds:
• Up to 50% refund if canceled during the sketch phase (first review).
• No refunds after the coloring phase, as the project is already in an advanced stage.6.3. Artist-initiated cancellation: If the artist must cancel the commission, a 100% refund will be issued regardless of the stage.6.4. No refunds will be granted after the artwork is finalized and delivered.Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, or an alternative if needed.Clause 7: Usage & Copyright
7.1. Personal use: The client may use the artwork as a profile picture or social media post, with credit to the artist.
Not allowed:
• Generating income from a personal-use illustration.
• Altering or editing the artwork without permission.7.2. Commercial use: Must be discussed and agreed upon in advance and includes an additional fee.7.3. Artist's rights: The artist retains copyright and may use the artwork in their portfolio or social media (with watermark).If requested, the watermark may be removed for an additional 10% of the final price.Use of the artwork in cryptocurrency, NFTs, or blockchain-related projects is strictly prohibited.Clause 8: Liability Limitation
The artist is not responsible for:
• Technical issues with payment platforms.
• Misuse of the illustration by the client or third parties.Post-delivery changes will only be accepted if:
• There are clear errors made by the artist.Any other changes requested after completion will be treated as a new commission.Clause 9: Changes to Terms
The artist reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes apply to future commissions and clients will be notified. Ongoing projects will remain under the terms originally agreed upon.Clause 10: Privacy
The artist commits to protecting the client’s personal data and will not share information or files without consent.Client data will be stored only for the time needed to meet administrative or legal obligations.If the client requests data deletion, the artist will comply within 3 business days, unless legally required to retain it.BY REQUESTING A COMMISSION, THE CLIENT AGREES TO ALL OF THE ABOVE TERMS.
